Terrible

Have been trying to get a hold of them but their number is useless to call, email not rep**** to. I’ve been waiting for a paid up letter since August now. They’re so fast to harass you with calls and emails and threats (even while letting them know you’ve been retrenched) but when it’s time for them to send a paid up letter there’s no care
