ive been handed over by TFG while i app**** for Debt review and court order was granted however on the PDA statement it states Exact Financial Services which i dont understand. My debt review company emailed Easton-Berry ut no response was made from them. I received a Letter of Demand and we are making the necessary arrangements but Easton-Berry is just ignoring us but they keep calling saying we should email.
Can one of yoir agent please call debt rescue. they waiting for a Mandate from you guys in order to update the system.
I want to know if they make the necessary payments as approved by the court order will it still be under debt review

Kindly note that the Exact Foschini account has been removed out of the debt review process due to the account not receiving any payment while it was under debt review. The account was recorded as a default of the court order arrangement and handed over to us at Easton Berry Collections by 14.02.2021.
Our system indicates that the team is still awaiting Debt Rescue to supply a signed power of attorney to act on your behalf outside of debt review. Once this is received, our team will be able to liaise with their offices in connection with your account.
You could advise the debt counsellor to confirm if perhaps recent payments were made before the account was terminated, which for some reason does not reflect. In that case, we would advise you to supply such proof of payments to Consumer Friend to investigate and establish if a reinstate back into the process can be done.
Our team will communicate with you offline further to establish how we can best assist you to resolve your matter.
