Struggling to get paidup letter

I am not happy with their service,when yu settle the account is a struggle to get a paidup letter,i settled my account last month,i am not getting the paidup letter,i was given the wrong email address,the email keep on saying undelivered

Thanks i think it would have been better if the person that i spoke to last time responded the way yu are answering me,other than being given a wrong email address.I will follow up after 14 days
