STILL waiting for paid up letter, even though promised before... delaying my clearance certificate

<p>The moment I was handed over to Easton berry, I enquired about settlement amount, which I paid up on the 18th of May 2016. I requested an urgent paid up letter as I have settled all my accounts and want to now be removed off debt review process. I am not just waiting on on you for my Capfin paid up letter, but all i hear are promises. Sithembile keeps telling me it is with admin dept, and it is now almost a month! I NEED this letter ASAP, please I would like to get my clearance certificate but I am JUST waiting for you. does it really take that long to issue a paid up letter???!!!</p>
