still waiting

On the 13/11/2015 and again the 16/02/2016 I was told somebody would get back to me regarding my complaint. Still nothing!<br> <br> <br> Really getting tired of all this, You record your calls?<br> <br> Then you will hear how your employee told me two accounts were paid up and still haven't received the paid up letter for my truworths acc.<br> <br> All I wanna do is sort out my debts and nobody is able to assist.
