Still no paid up letter
I paid up my account and paid for my paid up letter at the end of September! I was told I will receive my paid up letter in 30 days. It’s almost 60 days later and still no letter! Email goes unanswered and can’t get through on the phone!
I find it unbelievable how a company will harass you for being one day late in a payment but will not meet their end of the deal by sending a simple document that’s paid for within 30days!
I want my letter NOW!

Where’s the information like how it was sent? is it by email? If so please where’s the “Ms Kruger can you check and confirm?” If it’s by registered mail where’s the confirmation of address? Nothing! Just it’s been issued case closed.
How can a bunch of lawyers be so blasé and unprofessional over documents like this?
