SO DISAPPOINTED WITH EASTON BERRY COLLECTIONS

I am so disappointed with Easton Berry collections, I had an account with Truworths clothing store that was in arrears, the account was handed to them and I paid every cent I was owing, that was back in 07-2016. My application for car financing has been recently declined due to me appearing as if I am still owing Truworths. on query they confirmed that this account is paid up and I requested the paid up letter on 05/02/2021 until this day I haven't receive it, I CALL THEM EVERYDAY and I am told that the letter has been e-mailed to me and promised that it has been re-sent I should receive it soon.
