Settmement letter
Hi am very frustrated with the process.. I settled my account on the 16th of August of which ive made numerous calls and sent emails in request of a settmement letter.. The response received is that they waiting for RCS to clear the debt... There is no sense of urgency in this matter or follow up.. My life is stagnet as i need to clear my name.
