Settlement Letter Required
I have settled three accounts that were handed over to Easton Berry on the 19th November 2014. Today the 9th Jul 2015 almost 8 months later, <br> <br> 1. I still have not yet received the settlement letters<br> 2. I still receive \arrears"messages from the Company"

We have reallocated the paid in funds correctly and have requested our clients to close out the matters in terms of their close out procedure.
As soon as we have received feedback from our clients in this regard, we will provide the necessary Paid Up Letters.
