Our offices did respond to you yesterday and we have requested for an agent to get a hold of you to discuss a possible settlement.
The agent advised she tried phoning but no answer, however we have advised her to rather email you to discuss the same on the email address linked to this complaint as the first email you supp**** on your previous complaint was incorrect.
In terms of the internal phone lines, we are experiencing a slight problem with the lines of which is in the process of being resolved.
