Settle my rain account

They do not update their customers, i have paid the amount i was owing but still at rain it shows i am owing

Please note we are currently inquiring the with Rain regarding the balance on their system.
Once the matter is resolved, You will have to contact Rain for assistance in respect of paid-up letter thereafter.
We will keep you updated on the progress via email.

Kindly be advised we are unable to assist with a paid-up letter as the account reverts to Rain once the balance is settled on our system.
