Set this straight !!!
I have been receiving numerous phone calls from companies regarding debt for a certain person. She has been using my name as an reference since February 2020. I need you to take my Name off the calling list and I need an statement on Email that you have done so. If I don't receive anything by 10:00 tomorrow 27 Oktober 2020 I will be making a harassment case.

Thank you for the complaint. Our system indicates that it was not your name that has been used, but your cell phone number which reflected on the person's profile.
We have already referred this matter to our IT team who will arrange for your cell number to be removed off our system.
