Send appropriate sms
I submit this complaint on behalf of my wife, Rabiah Hendricks. She has a payment agreement for all 3 of her Woolworths cards (Retail, Loan & Credit Card). Every month I am paying these accounts without fail,but every month she receives sms reminder, and then an annoying sms stating that the failed to honour her payment commitment, but not once does she receive an sms thanking her for a payment. This is truly unacceptable. Please check your records, and send the appropriate sms.

We advise that the initial call to your wife for a payment arrangement, confirmed that she will make payment on the 1st of every month.
We are in receipt of the payments made by your wife, however they are not made on the 1st of the month as confirmed by her, thus she received the \failed to honour\" SMS.
