I am so unhappy with the service of this people.

i was going tru financial problems, and i still am but as any person i want to become financially free, but how if you receive an invoice stating *R14000.00 and when you finally start making payment the *R14000.00 increased with a R500+this is for telephone calls, service fee and on top of that commission, how in the world will i ever pay down this account, I have been dealing with a lady Sihle Zuma and I have made it clear that this is unacceptable but with no response to my email, i can just pay a certain amount because they are not the only people you deal with,i understand the service fee but commission, then I can rather save up all the money and pay whn I have the settlement amount but this is day light ****
