RUDE. INCOMPENTENT. LAUGHABLE

Gosh, have you ever met more unfriendly staff antywhere? I spoke to a lady, who was so arrogant and so rude and sounded like she either just woke up or wanted me to realise how incredibly anoyed she is that I dare to bother her by calling the number. I need to understand, how I can open a Capfin loan last month - the debit order was supposed to go off today, but I get an sms to say my account is handed over to due to non-payment???? If I only opened the account in Feb and I am being told that my first debit order will go off on 25 Fen, which is today - how is it possible to be handed over?? To try and get any assistance from your employees is virutally impossible. Where did you find these guys that answer your phones? Off the street?
