Rude and unprofessional

I was called by one of your consultants this morning,to make payment arrangements. I politely told her that I am unemployed and can not make arrangements at the moment and she had the nerve to tell me to go look for a job. Train your consultants to be sensitive to our circumstances. She doesn't know the circumstances that forced to quit my job. And here she tells me to go look for a job.if she has one for me then she must give it to me. Her behaviour was very insensitive and rude,unprofessional and inappropriate. Her job is to collect money and not tell us to go look for jobs.
