Rude and arrogant staff

I recieved a call from an absolute rude person from this company. Looking for a person stating that she is calling a home number. She actually was phoning a work number which directs to my phone after hours. After explaining to her that I donot know the person she was looking for she insisted I should know this person. There must be some law against this sort of harassment. I will must check with our company lawyers and bring these rude and arrogant persons to task. How such a company hires staff that has no courtesy skills is beyond me.
