Rude and arrogant agent

I am being harassed almost everyday for a rain account that i have settled.

Rude and arrogant agent even dropped the call on me. I explain multiples times almost everyday that the account with rain was settled but y’all keep harassing me. A rude agent even demanded I send them proof.

Easton-Berry Collections Is not my client and any issues must be resolved with rain. Y’all guys are even claiming I owe a higher amount compared to the one on my rain profile. Account was settled long time ago, can the rude and arrogant agent stop calling me.
