Ridiculous service

I had an account with Ok furniture that was handed over to Easton Berry. In middle June 2024 i phoned to ask for a outstanding amount as i want to settle my account. I was given an amount that neede to be paid, i paid the so called amount on the 24 June 2024. After a week i phoned to ask gor a paid up letter just to be told that there is still an oustanding amount, i paid that as well on the 26 June 2024. Again a week passed when i phone for a paid up letter, just to be told the account is not paid up!!!! I dont under stand how can they add interest on a paid up account. I was then told that they will writr the interest off and send me my letter. Up until today i nevert received my letter and everyweek that i phone i get told the interest is more, it is over R500 as of end July!!! I phoned to ask gor a detailed statement to be sent to me but im still waiting for that as well. I will not pay a crnt more on my account. I was even told that the account was paid up in middle June. How is that possible that no one can assist and Malusi Msipi in no help at all!!! I think this is really ridiculous and no one working there knows what is going on!!! I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER!!!!!
