Request for paid up letters from Easton Berry

Im Nolufefe Maru ID no.*** 084 ,Debt Busters have been requesting paid up letters from Easton Berry for two accounts Truworths and Mr Price on my behalf from 16 November 2020 they have been promising to send the letters and yet they are not assisting, accounts were paid up in 2018,, and never received paid up letters, I've been requesting from 2018. This is delaying me a lot and im not happy with how they are treating me. Please assist.
