I have been paying Rain through you guys, after I paid off my debt, I never received a letter to confirm that I’ve paid off my debt. Rain then deducted money from my account, claiming I still owe. How? When I’ve been paying Rain through you?

Our records reflect the account has been withdrawn from our office since 22 April 2024 as per Rain instruction.
