Have I not been requesting a statement for the supposedly outstanding amount I owe them! Up to this day, no one has bothered emailing it, instead I'm flooded with calls & SMSes of where I should make payment to. Without a statement I won't be paying for anything. What's even worse is that the debt they keep calling me about has long been settled.
