Rain

I got a call that I owed rain sometime last year, I paid all of the outstanding balances and was guaranteed that my profile is cancelled. today the first of November 2024 I woke up rain debited my account.

We advise your account has indeed been settled with our office since 31.05.2023.
Our system reflects the account has since been closed and reverted to Rain.

Reviewer Update
Just in yesterday I got debited R280 by rain you guys promised and told me that you canceled my subscription after doing the collection last year why now am I being debited for a Sim card I no longer use please fix this and I want my money paid back into my account.
