Poor poor service from Easton Berry Collections

Easton Berry Collections do not have a clue as to what they are doing. After numerous calls I have told them that the Rain account they are referring to belonged to Mr A J Benade. I then proceed to tell them that Mr AJ Benade passes away on 12/11/2020 as per Death Certificate. If they wish they can contact him by Prayer in heaven. The only reason they have my number is that he used my number at the time because he did not have a phone.
