Poor Administration on behalf of rain

You guys are not fair. you talking of administration fees but you cant execute your administration duties. you have been collecting my money to pay rain and after a month Rain was still calling me to say i owe them only to find that you didnt pay rain i had to all administration duties to make sure your rain are on the same page. i wont be pay your administration im only gona pay wat is due to rain. your agent is claiming that there is a 30 days delay because you still following process, she is lying because Rain would have called me if they knew it will take 30 days for you to clear my account.
