Pooooor stupid and unprofessional service

Good afternoon

I had a Truworths account but the account was handed over to Easton Berry Attorneys.. I called them in January 2024 to request for a settlement quote I qualified for a 25% discount I paid the amount same day and sent the proof of payment and required a paid up letter.

Up until today I have not received any response instead they are saying that I'm owing them 1500

I didn't understand this because seemingly the balance that I'm having is the 25% discount.

I have been calling being sent from pillar to post.

I'm very frustrated, all the other creditors successfuly sent me my paid up letters the only outstanding is this letter from Truworths Account.
