Please give me feedback
I was handed over to your company by Soda Bloc ( part of the TFG Group) I have been paying my account via EFT every month. On the 20th December 2023 I emailed your company requesting an updated statement as I would like to make sure all payments have been allocated and I wanted to see the outstanding balance. To date I have not received a reply, I tried to call your office for a few days ( I call after 16:30 pm) as I am unable to make personal calls at work and I get a auto reply that I am calling outside of business hours. Can some please just assist me
