Please beware of these people that threatened me to pay them money
These people allege I owe them money but do not provide supporting documents when requested to do so. Instead, they send me an invoice with several items that they are billing me, while I never consented to obtain any services from them. Further, they are threatening me with a court case! I suspect that they have a **** going where they threaten people into paying them money.

We refer to complaint and confirm that the account in question was referred to us on 08.04.2021, after termination from debt review with Consumer Friend.
The termination while under debt review was done due to the account not receiving any further payment since 01.12.2020 with the last payment reflecting as R424.46. Unfortunately, the account at this point was not yet settled and still required payment to stay under debt review.
Should payments have been done from your side after the above date, you are welcome to forward such proof of payments to our offices to investigate and query with Consumer Friend.
We will arrange for an agent to keep in touch with you to further discuss and resolve your matter.
