Payments not recorded

I have been under debt review for more than a year. I have a personal loan with Sanlam loans which is being paid by my debt councillors Debt Busters together with the rest of my debt. I have been getting calls from Eastern-berry Collections every single day for weeks now saying that my loan payments had not been paid for two months. I have proof that payments are up to date. I have emailed them proof of payments made and Debt Busters have also emailed them proof of payments made but the still phone every single day wanting payment. They sometimes phone more that once a day. They say they haven't received any payments and I now feel like I am being harrassed for an account that is being paid just because they feel they can.
