Payments are not behind

Good day i had been paying your company since February and this morning i received an email saying that truworths had given me over to you after iv been given over last year already and i called in made my arrangements and had been paying every month since February sending even proof of payments to you. How is it possible that i still have not paid ..pleasr provide me with an email adress so i can sent all my proof..dont let me take you guys to an attorney.
