I have paid up my account with Truworths and provided my proof of payment when I was making the arrangements to pay them they were responding now that i have paid and request a paid up letter they drag their feet i might lose a job because of them. They keep promising to send it every week its a story

Thank you for your complaint regarding the matter.
Kindly note that all issuance of paid up letters, takes at least 7-14 working days before these are sent out to arrange for the write off process to be completed that need to be done in terms of the discounted settlement offered to you in October.
Our offices are in receipt of the payment which reflected on 26.10.2020 on our side and have arranged for the paid up letter to be sent to you.
