Pathetic service!!!!!
They were handed over my account by TFG, was given a settlement amount which I paid in full, now they are giving me a run around when they have to issue me with a paid up letter, they said it will take 7-21days, but it's been over a month now I call, e mail everyday and they still haven't send me a paid up letter.
