Paid via debit order but told no payment received

Easton Berry attorneys contacted me to make arrangements for my loan. I made a payment via debit order they set up.

They contacted me a few days after debit order went off for payment to ask for payment. I told them that payment was made via debit order and they then told me that they had no record of payment. My question is....where is my payment????

They have not answered me and I am now worried this is *****.

Absolutely horrible company.
