Paid up woolworths accounts, still on itc

I am so fed up with easton berry, its like doing the right thing doesnt count, I have spoken to numerous ppl in their call centre who reassure that my accounts will be updated on itc, I paid my woolworths loan and my woolworths store card, last year, I have received both paid up letters but still reflecting negatively on my itc, I have posted on this site previously with no response, if I present myself at the easton berry offices, my behaviour will not be dignified!
