Paid up, not cleared

In 2011 I settled all my accounts at Woolworths, which were handed over to Easton Berry Attorneys. It took months to get the details and settlement figures, but in the end it was done and paid in full. I requested a paid up letter from them, which I never received.

Nontheless, 6 years later, I get told that I still owe on my Woolworths Credit Card. An amount of R3900 is still reflecting as not paid and now listed on ITC. I have contact Woolworths to no avail. I have logged an email with Woolworths, also with no success.

If this amount is still outstanding, why was I never contacted or reached in ANY way to advise me of this? I think it is utterly disgraceful that someone isn't allocating our funds correctly and this leaves a very bad taste. MY credit profile is affected NEGATIVELY. Which I want sorted out ASAP.

I want my settlement letter and my name removed from ITC immediately. As mentioned, this was paid in full in 2011 already - 6 YEARS AGO!

Sort this out TODAY please.....
