Paid up letters not received after more than 10 working days.

I have settled my 3 accounts on the 29th of January. I was informed 7 working days I will get my settlement letters for my TFG, RCS, TRUWORTH accounts. I have sent more than 5 emails, phoned more than I can't remember still waiting and nothing no response. I need my paid up letters please because my life is standing still because of your delay and inconvenience. If you can act as fast as you call us when we miss payments. Please take this with immediate response I am so disappointed.
