Paid up letters
My two accounts for capfin *** and game rcs *** have been settled 2016 and till now I didn't receive paid up letters from Easton berry that ive been requesting .

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and advise the paid up letter on the Capfin account settled in 2016 has been resent to the email address you provided on this complaint this morning.
In connection with the Game RCS account, we confirm that our offices did administer the account but only until March 2017 at which point it was not settled. The account received an installment of R300.00 last on our side on 01.12.2016 and by 20.03.2017, RCS retracted the file and the same was handed over to another agency.
We will email you the details of the new agency in order for you to make contact with their offices, should you have since settled the account with them.
