I have been contacting this company for 3 months now with no luck phone just rings and when they answer will ask you for ID number then trasnfer you to next agent asking same questions.They gave me an email to request settlement letters but to now iam still waiting.The email they provided doesnt even work.this is really affecting my credit profile as iam trying to fix it.
