Paid up letter request

This is the worst company i have ever met, their consultants will call you everyday to remind you of the payment, as soon as i have paid up the account, since August, i have asked for a paid up letter as they promised to send me, their phone numbers are not working and i kept on sending emails even emails are not answered. They dont know customer care but only collection of monies they are good at that one
