Paid up letter not issued since 2023!
I requested for a paid up letter, I settled my account before December 2023. I have been requesting for the paid up letter since then, I haven’t received any response from them. It’s 2026 today and my life is on hold because they are not responding to my emails. It’s frustrating!
When I called I was told that they don’t have a telephone line. That’s nonsense!
