Paid up letter & ITC update
Very stupid people working for this company and the same company is useless . I requested my paid up letter that took ages for them to send me and eventually when I got it i asked them if they send the request for profile update on ITC they didnt and they dont even inform me until I called them, they cant help you with anything , their service is really appalling , I will never deal with them in my life again, now I have to struggle and check for myself dunno how long it will take for ITC to update my profile cause of the idiotic service I got from Easton-Berry

We refer to your complaint and confirm that you were offered a discounted settlement on your account, valid only until 25.03.2020. Our offices only received the payment the next day at which point the discounted settlement offered to you had already expired.
Our offices do confirm, that regardless of the above the payment was accepted and recorded with pay over to our client already reflecting on their side. An automatic credit bureau update request is sent out to all relevant credit bureau's from our clients side once the account is closed as settled.
In the case of your account, this has already been done after the payment was recorded and not at the point when you received the paid up letter. As stipulated on your paid up letter you received, all credit bureau updates can take up to 21 working days before they reflect.
Should the credit bureau's not yet have updated your matter although the request has been directed to them from our clients side, we will require the credit bureau report indicating same in order for our client to query the same with such a bureau.
Our offices will keep in touch with you offline to obtain such details in order for us to direct this to our client and for them to address the bureau.
