Paid up letter ignored

It's been months communicating with these people. The Account they have on their database has long been closed. I have sent many paid up letter but that company is still showing on my credit report negativily impacting my credit score and no one wanted to assist. It's a matter of life and death. Everything needs to be updated.

Please note the paid up letter supp**** by you has been escalated to the credit provider for confirmation.
We advise feedback has been receipted verifying the account has indeed been settled prior to the sale to our office.

Kindly be advised the file has been closed on our system in this regard since 11.08.2023.
We conclude inquiry herein has been resolved.
