Paid up Letter
My name is Thabo Modibane, my Rain account was handed over to Easton-Berry Attorneys, I made payments on the account to settle it. My last payment was in October 2023, I have been trying since last year to get a paid up letter. Every time I call I would hold for over 30 minutes only to be dismissed like my matter is not that serious. A consultant will tell me the matter will be escalated, until next year I will always be told about escalations. Please find a way of sorting out this matter.
