Paid up letter and ITC update

I have paid up my account with then a year ago, and i was told that i will get a paid up letter and my credit profile will be updated immediately after they receive payment. I have dealt with numerous consultants every time i contact them, send email and no one replies to emails. I need a paid up letter and my credit profile update immediately. They are so quick to take legal actions if you miss payment, but they take forever to update their records!!!!
