PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!!!!
Sharing the same sentiment. We are currently on a home loan application, and the bank requested a paid up letter for our Vodacom account.. My husband has been calling and emailing these attorneys and being promised the letter within 48hours to no availability!! This is pathetic . I only got comforted after reading the reviews here on Hello Peter that we are not the only ones who've had to go through such poor treatment.

Please note that all paid up letters can take up to 7-14 days before they are available, to allow for the internal update of the account and the pay over to the respective credit provider.
It has not yet been enough days to have passed for the letter to be available, however the team is looking into the matter and will keep you updated offline.

Our home loan application progress depends on it .. this is too upsetting cause the telephone operators don't mention 7-14 days but always promise a 48HOURS!!
