Paid up letter

Totally ***********, my account has been paid up since 2023 and I have been calling and sending emails requesting my paid up letter but still haven't received it. From their call center that keeps on giving email addresses but the emails are not going through. They tell me my account has been closed so they can not help me only admin can which you can only contact via email. They should really review the way the work it's really frustrating.
