I'm still waiting for my paid up letter for my Truworths Account, the account was settled in 2018. I've been calling each and every day requesting the letter but always I'll be told to write an email then I do but still no response it's been a month now that I've been calling asking for the letter... May I be issued with the paid up letter for my Truworths Account number is ***

It really pains that one will be in need of help but can't be helped...
