Paid Up Letter

paid-up letter request have been asking for my paid-up letter of an account that was closed in 2017 but seem not to be getting any assistance. I have been calling them every day since 25th of March 2024 and all I get is empty promises that it will be escalated and sent to me, emails have been sent an all but I'm not getting any response. poor service for a request of just a paid-up letter. No reference number is provided

I would really appreciate if you can treat this as a matter of urgency as it's going to a month since requesting the letter and there's important stuff that is being delayed because of the letter.
Please treat this urgently.

Thank you for the 1 paid up letter, I still haven't receive the other paid up letters for the accounts I had, I keep on being sent from pillar to post. I would really appreciate it if all could be forwarded to me urgently.
