Easton berry collections is a nightmare and their consultants are rude. I paid my acc in full and I requested a paid up letter I was told I must wait 7 to 14 working days, I did that. I called again they told me I must send an email and I was patient enough to wait for a week, when I called me this morning the consultant told there's nothing they can do I have to follow the processes and that was it
