Paid off my account 6 months ago still waiting for my paid up letter

I had a vodacom account handed over to easton berry, they were very communicative asking for the money. I settled the full amount outstanding in July of 2024 and I have yet to receive a paid up letter despite many emails. The accounts also still reflect as outstanding on my credit report despite settling it months ago.
